I interviewed via phone with the recruiter, which was painless. Then I had a face to face interview with the Medical Director and other clinical and non clinical staff. Mostly asked questions about experience and ability work with a team.

The Interview was done in three parts. It started with recruiter questions over the phone. The next interview was virtual with the medical director. The last portion was in person at the corporate office with maybe 3 people in the panel.
