The interview process was very normal. We started with a phone interview and moved on to an in-person panel interview. They reached out with an offer following the in-person interview. Everyone was very professional and kind during all steps of this process.

They required a practical demonstration of my skills in design layout that needed to be completed prior to the interview.
Put forward what I thought would be a strong packet for the position listed, of course that could be my ego speaking, and didn't receive any correspondence.
I can understand going with other candidates especially if they had strong resumes than I. It's just extremely frustrating for someone job hunting to not receive any feedback or any communication at all.
