The interview process was short and efficient. After meeting senior members of the team to make sure that I would fit culturally and my skillset was solid, I was offered a role. It was a pleasant and streamlined process.

Interview process fairly easy. Job tittle is deceiving as the job advertised wasn’t for a management role but just a customer service representative. Been told that everyone in the department has left the job which is a red flag as it is and then when I got the offer for the job and accepted, management were keen for me to leave the current employer as soon as possible, day after received an email that the job is no longer available. Been told that I’m the only one being interviewed and as the whole department has left the business within a year, makes it another red flag that this is actually the case. Overall, if you go for the interview, be prepared that they will mess you about. Not the risk I would recommend taking during a pandemic.

Entrevista
after Mr. Paul Michael Turner he said his company is great and have 'millions' in customers he didn't want to considerate the wage offer is too low. He also didn't offer transparency during the interview and he lied a lot. At the end of interview he said is speechless and after that he kick me out, with words like: "you cannot ask me any questions, because I interview you, and you Don't interview me!". He left the room angry without respect me.
