The HR team and the team I interviewed for were very communicative about the entire process. From the initial call with the recruiter, my video interview with the manager, and the on-site interview with various departments that I would be collaborating with, each person gave an honest assessment of the team culture and the roles that the position would have. The process from the first call to the offer spanned around 2 weeks. In that time, they highlighted their priority of finding a good culture fit that can bring input and be self-motivated.
