The interview process was very standard and very basic. Simple questions concerning job history and driving history. Company is a third party delivery service. With the driving history check was also a drug screening.

Entrevista
Took a month or so for them to respond to my application. The HR assistant emailed me to set up a phone interview. The HR manager failed to call me at my given time so I emailed the assistant back and she apologized for her saying that there was an "emergency meeting with the CEO." Said she could call me later, let her know I had other appointments to keep and would have to reschedule. Immediate replies received no responses but eventually the assistant got back to me to schedule a time. The HR manager called an hour early because she didn't bother checking which time zone she was calling and proceeded to admit she knew nothing about the job and was new herself. Clearly she didn't know much of anything and after saying she would call back in a week, she didn't and didn't even bother to respond to the follow-up emails I sent. Stay far, far away from this company, they are not going to be able to remain solvent with such incompetent people running the show, extremely unprofessional.

Met with the VP and we sat in the conference room and had a conversation. Afterwards he asked me to call him the next day to meet with the CEO and Pres. I started the following Monday.
