I initially had a phone interview with a Recruiter, which went well. I then had a second phone interview with someone in management level, which also went well. The process was long and dragged out. Emails took a long time to get answered throughout the process. After about 5 weeks, I finally got an e-mail stating they moved forward with another candidate, however they asked if I would be interested in a different role with the company. I immediately responded yes, since CoverMyMeds seems like a wonderful company to work for. Long story short, after I said yes I would be interested in the other role, I've NEVER heard back from them again. I've called and sent multiple follow up e-mails, with no response. It seems very unprofessional to me, when I've given them a lot of my time and energy and shown interest on my end. They were the ones who offered me the other role in the first place.
