I applied via a recruiter. The entire process took around 3 weeks. The communication was very smooth. I got to meet all relevant team members for the work and cultural aspect.

Process was very fast, I believe around 2.5 weeks from start to offer.
There was three stages, starting with the initial HR call and a take-home challenge, then a technical interview and the third call was the cultural interview which is a fun little chat with your future teammates and some information about the company (think of things like events etc.). Tech and cultural interviews get scheduled in parallel, which speeds up the process.
All in all, everyone I met were nice and friendly, and interviews had a good atmosphere.

Entrevista
Interview process consisted of four stages of video interviews; screening HR call, case study presentation, cultural-fit call and a final one-on-one with the future manager.
The process was quick, well-structured and informative. Each stage was conducted by very friendly and passionate employees of Coya.
