It was very easy and through Zoom (this was during covid so may be different now). There were 2 stages to the interview process, the first being meeting the hiring manager and then the directors of Create.

I was asked to an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. It seemed like it went well, and they said they'd get back to me the following week but then ghosted me. I even sent a follow up email, but no response. It sounded like this could be a good place to grow, but from other reviews on here, it sounds like that may not be the case. The job description didn't provide many details, but in the interview, I was told this job would involve emptying the dishwasher, picking up trash, and delivering gifts.
