The interview process was initially over the phone. It was brief, but thorough and comfortable. After the initial phone screening, I was invited in to meet the other staff in the therapy department at the facility that I would work in most often. I had lunch with them and enjoyed meeting them all.

Human Resources department represented company very well over multiple phone conversations. They came off as extremely genuine compared to the over the top sales pitches I met with when calling several similar companies in the area.
