After a scheduled interview time was set, I made sure to clear my schedule and prepare thoroughly for the conversation. Unfortunately, what followed was a disregard for my time and a lack of basic courtesy. The recruiter, regrettably, called me a staggering 45 minutes late for the scheduled interview. To make matters worse, this delay was accompanied by no explanation or apology whatsoever. This lack of accountability reflects poorly on both the recruiter's professionalism and the company's commitment to candidate experience. Adding to the disappointment was the fact that I never received an invitation calendar with the interview details. This oversight led to further confusion and frustration on my end. It's truly astonishing that a recruiter at a reputable company like Credit Acceptance would neglect such fundamental aspects of communication and organization. In a field as competitive as recruitment, respect for candidates' time and clear, transparent communication should be paramount. This recruiter's actions, unfortunately, demonstrated a significant lapse in these areas. As someone who believes in the importance of mutual respect and courtesy, I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for Credit Acceptance. The company's reputation is influenced not only by its products and services but also by the interactions candidates have throughout the hiring process. I strongly encourage Credit Acceptance to hold its recruiters to the highest standards of professionalism and communication, ensuring that candidates are treated with the respect they deserve. I got the answer correct, and was passed because they had a candidate they already had on the last interview. These people WILL waste your time, I would avoid interviewing with them.

My interview process consisted of 1 30 minute video call with the recruiter, 1 15 minute phone call with the manager of the team I was interviewing for, and an hour long in person interview. Throughout the process the HR recruiter was professional, helpful, and prompt in answering all of my questions.
