7 interviews. Each interviewer will expect something very different. All in all the end result in my case, I was rejected stating that I did not go into the weeds of the topic or question. I am not sure how a person during 30 min. interview go into the weeds of each of the question. One interviewer says we are looking for a pure program management and team management skills when I talked about my technical experience. One interviewer asks about 3 month planning which is business development question. it is possible with 3 month release plan. Very vague questions. never explained what the role I was interviwed for except for the title mentioned here. I was told that they gave me 7 opportunities to prove my suitability for the job, where I handled a lot of project/programs in my career. I am happy that I did not get selected otherwise, I would feel suffocated living in confusion thinking what my role is in this company.
