Initial contact drew some interest because of the technology the company has. Initial phone screening after submitting my resume in person was quick and general. I was emailed for an in person interview. The building is very nice, the culture is "nerdy" (as they say it is) and location is great. He was insisting that there was no growth at all which is EXACTLY what I see as a common problem for the company on Glassdoor. So I bombed the rest of the interview and didn't mind the rejection. I guess I was RESOURCEFUL enough to do a background check on the companies insides.

I was tested by having 2 interviewers ping-pong back and forth saying: "I cannot see what we can use ____________ for, can you?" "Nope ________________, I sure cannot." This was brilliant because they wanted to see how we handle adversity. Brilliant interview tactic to test cooler heads while under fire.
