Fairly easy. Once you apply online you are interviewed with the department heads. General questions about how to interact with parents, etc. Why do you want to work there, and one asked to name a book I was currently reading.

There is a digital application and then a sit down interview if you are called. I was also given a tour of the building. It was very nice and the staff were very friendly.

Entrevista
Very casual one on one interview about your philosophy of teaching. Basically, hired on the spot. You just walk though a normal day in your classroom, discuss the demographics of the school and what it is like working with a diverse group of students with different needs.
