I had 3:1 Interview with Recruitment Consultant, Sales Manager & Managing Director which lasted 30 minutes. Asked why I left my last role & why did I know about the company. Asked how my background would separate from the rest of the candidates. MD talked about the company & what they were looking for in a candidate to be successful for this role, Sales Manager asked what I could bring to the team in terms of resourcing & new ideas that could benefit the company in the long term. I asked three interviewers background in terms of experience was & got a very in depth answers. Honesty, truthful & being yourself helps you in the interview, felt very comfortable & relaxed throughout the whole interview & got a phone call from the MD a week later to say congratulations I was the successful candidates for the role.
