The interview process consists of several stages. The first stage consisted of an hour-long discussion with HR where I discussed them and my experience. Later, I scheduled the next technical interview where I used the coderpad platform. I had a sliding window problem that I solved in a way that I later had to optimize. Because I did not solve the complexity optimization in time, I did not move on to the next stage. A longer technical interview would have followed and then another discussion.
