Do you really expect people go through automated interview process, where you have to respond questions you are mostly asked on those shady IQ metering sites, that ask you to pay them to unlock result. Maybe I'm somewhat old-fashioned, but this is just insulting. I wonder if this process produces anything, but desperate, who will answer hundreds of non-sense questions just to be - maybe - connected to human of some sort.

It starts with very basic questionary and then you need to implement rather significant project with sophisticated requirements limitations during 72 hours after getting a task. You also need to record a video with instructions about your result.
