Phone interview is very easy. They will ask you basic question and then Face to face interview a week after.
the interview is not very hard. They ask you about your experience and why do you want to work at crown.

Was long and unhappy I would generally say that they did an okay job while not really meeting most of the expectations one would have going into something like this.
