Pretty straight forward, they like to hear about what you can bring to the table. They love people who are driven, and studious. They are very big on education, and making sure that their employees are always open to learning.

Apparently, it is an extremely competitive environment. The interview felt like an investigation. They are expecting someone to spend the whole day at the gym, even though I apply as a part-time trainer.
