First a recruiter screening, then a remote hiring manager interview, and then finally a panel interview onsite.
The internal recruiter was knowledgeable and respectful, the interview process was relatively quick, and they did not waste my time.

Entrevista
Member of their product team reached out directly to me and said I should take a call with them even if only slightly interested. Was handed over to a recruiter for screening. Pretty sure the recruiter was outsourced or not having a good day because he was robotic and seemed to read off a script. The screen was mostly informational and I didn’t get any hard questions, mostly yes/no questions like “Do you feel comfortable giving presentations?” Or “Will you need a visa?” Etc..
I actually was quite interested in learning more about the software platform being built and exploring ways I could provide enablement to the staff. But we never got there.
Next day I got an email saying they wouldn’t be moving forward.
Very unusual to get a warm outreach from a product leader and then get stopped after a 30 minute phone screen with a non-technical recruiter.
Ultimately a waste of time. Typically you are moved along through the interview process after getting outreach from the hiring team or hiring manager.
At least they reject swiftly.
