Entrevista
I was contacted for a phone interview after completing an application on the company's website. The scheduling process was completed via email. The interview was scheduled to last 30 minutes and it lasted exactly that. The person I spoke with was very pleasant and was genuine. The majority of the interview was spent discussing specifics about my resume and experiences that would support the role we were discussing, however, I did appreciate the time the interviewer took to share about their experience with the company and what they are looking for in a person beyond experience. The interview was a positive experience and I am looking forward to advancing in the process.

Entrevista
The interview process was very straight forward and conversational.
The process involved 1 screening call with the hiring manager, 1 task interview (virtual) with the managers of Professional Learning and 2 interviews with members of the Professional Learning Department (included 1 VP). The performance task required the facilitation of a 10-15 PD session. Interviewers were looking for engagement and strong facilitation skills. Questions during each interview were mainly situational and require you to lean on your experience to respond. Interviewers are assessing how you will fit into your role and if you model the company values as an educator. Drivers license is mandatory for this position.

Initially spoke to HR / Talent Acquisition screen where they asked generic questions and explained the role further
Moved on to a Demo Lesson and Initial Interview
During the demo, I lead a training for one individual. After they asked me how I would improve and gave me feedback. After the demo I was asked standard interview questions based on their ethos
I was told I would hear back within a week or two. Never heard back, I reached out to the hiring managers and was ghosted.
