I was contacted, had an initial interview with HR, and subsequent interviews with various team members as well as interviews with management. There were about three rounds of interviews, each with different people in the organizational hierarchy.

Went through a series of phone interviews and then they flew me out to Boston for about five on-site interviews. I was assured that they would be in touch with an offer, but the hiring manager ended up taking a leave of absence and the project was put on hold. I was never contacted about the position again.
