Received a call from the recruiter on March 20, did a phone screen to determine if I would be a good fit for the role. Once that was determined, I received an invite on April 4th from the recruiting coordinator, set up a face to face interview with a team of 4. Both the recruiter and coordinator were very professional and stayed on top of things. I had my interview on April 9th. Was advised that it would be end of month before a decision would be made and to expect to hear from the recruiter by then, they were looking to fill the role 1st part of May. The interviewers were all very nice. They told me about the role and what all it entailed. The end of April came and went. No word from the recruiter. I followed up on May 2 and was advised that I was still being considered and that I would be contacted ASAP, still no word. I followed up with the hiring manager May 10th and was advised the role had been filled. I received some great feedback.

Entrevista
For the wealth of experience earned, the interviewer was only concerned about grade average in college (a long time ago and far overridden with work history) and spoke in key words and acronyms. Nothing original in the conversation regarding true assessment of qualifications. Seems interviewer had already decided I was not the right candidate before the first word was spoken. Interview was difficult due to lack of discussion around the actual role.

Entrevista
The interviewing dragged out way too long. It took 12 weeks to finally get an offer. Interviewing process - Phone interview, application, test, f2f (2 to 3x), final interview with the VP of Sales, background check, offer.
