Went to a Job Fair and Customer Frontline Solutions was part of it, the interview process was smooth and easy but overall they're focusing on employees who are applying for a call center role

Assesstment takes 3 test, easy-hard. All excel based. After that the interview is so quick, not even had proper questions. No update upon completing initial and final interview. No update from the HR wether u pass or fail. Took 3 months just for a "documentation step"
