Entrevista
The interview consisted of the following phases:
1. Initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Gemma.
2. First interview with a panel including the CIO (Nick), the product owner (Alina), a lead dev (Tom), software lead (Andy), and Chief People Officer (Ursula).
3. Feedback conversation with Talent Acquisition Specialist.
4. Second interview with the above panel.
5. Feedback with Gemma and offer.
6. Negotiation and acceptance.
The interviews were open and professionally casual, and expectations were clearly explained along with restraints, barriers, and current position of the company. I was allowed to explain my expectations and what I was looking for. These frank and open exchanges ensured that the company and I were aligned, and we understand what we were entering in to.
