The entire process seemed disorganized. The first part was a cognitive test to try and understand how detail oriented I am. The second part was a video interview with the product operations manager and the product director. The entire interview was about the company, however the position seemed very vague and they didn't explain how exactly the job will be (tasks, responsibilities, collaborations with other parts of the company and day to day life). After that I never heard from them. I sent an email to ask what is the next phase and when will I get an answer back and my interviewer told me they'll let me know once they finished interviewing all the other candidates. Very unprofessional, and for a position that seems new and not understood even by the employers.
