I had one brief phone interview with the COO at the time and later an in-person interview with the same individual. After completing the phone interview, I was contacted a couple weeks later via email that the COO would be in town and we scheduled an in-person interview. The day of the interview, I was told that by the COO that we flew into town, but was extremely sick and would need to reschedule. After a month, three weeks, I finally heard back and had my interview at a Starbucks in a hotel lobby. The interview was very basic; we went over my resume and my previous experience. we talked about my interest in bike share and how my prior work experience and education would be a great fit for bike share management. I also talked about how I was involved with the city and the connections I had within the community.
