Applied online. 2 weeks later got an email inviting me to a phone interview. I scheduled my day around the phone interview and then they never called. Fifteen minutes after my phone interview was supposed to start, I emailed the HR/Recruiter and asked if we needed to reschedule. They gave me a quick and rude - Yes, we will need to do that. Brief, no apology. Then a week later, I got an email with a proposed time that didn’t work for me. I suggested another time (with little interest in the company at this point) and then got blown off. Either they are slammed, I’m not important, the position isn’t important, or they are an all-around nightmare. Not sure what it is, but I’m out.

You start with an initial phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with someone from the control room. If you get past both phone screenings you make it to an in person interview.
