Then I was contacted to schedule a phone interview after two weeks. The interview was scheduled two weeks from the date contacted. The interview consisted of behavioral and technical questions.

the interview focus primarily on my past experience. I was asked in depth about a particular start up I worked on the summer before the interview. the first round is around 30 over video meeting

For the first round, it was a nice meet up with a current employee who identifies if you are a good fit for the culture of the firm. Usually having things in common with that person is quite helpful.

Not so cliche behavioral questions. Would deep dive into resume items, would question you details and motives. Very nice and inquisitive attitude, great atmosphere. Would share their career experience afterwards.
