I'd been first passing out my resume to the hr; after that I was asked to complete a online personality test and was scheduled a Skype interview. I got an email saying that I was able to have the second interview. The second one was a one-on-one interview at one office building. Candidates like me was asked to complete an essay onsite with given topics. We had two hours and a half to organize our thoughts and document them. During the writing, candidates were asked to enter another small meeting room for interview. For me, I encountered two interviewers and we talked about 25 minutes. The experience of interviews was quite nice; however, I haven't receive any offer to confirm my status, even after one full month since that day. I'd been sending emails to request for the result but didn't even get any reply yet.

1st round was pleasant. The usual introduction, skills and character and experience and its applicability to the company.
2nd round was extremely unpleasant.
Interviewer was arrogant, rude, made unnecessary remarks and assumptions.

HR will sent personality quiz to candidate and to be completed before interview. First interview - hiring manager just want to know you better, what subjects you are good at in University, your hobbies. Hiring manager was late, HR response is very slow can take up to one month to get a reply. Second interview - for hiring manager to decide what role and understanding of the job roles.
