I applied online through their website. Whole process took less than two weeks. 3 June 2022 - received an invitation to do online assessment which involve numerical reasoning (20 minutes) and personality test (10 minutes) 3 June 2022 - received an interview invitation 8 June 2022 - attended physical interview at their office located in Damansara Utama 10 June 2022 - notified that I was shortlisted 14 June 2022 - received a conditional offer (conditional meaning I have to go take medical exam and go through background screening first before receiving the offer letter) Overall it was a very good and easy experience. Hiring managers and HR were very nice, friendly and down to earth. The interview was more like having conversation, just them wanting to get to know candidate better.

First phone call from HR, want to know more about your background and interests. After that, arrange an interview via email. In the interview, I was given 40 mins for 2 assessment, numerical and English test. Later, 1 on 1 interview by the group manager, the interview is basically case-solving question, to check whether u have the positive characteristics that they are looking for (Exp: team-oriented, positive thinking). The interviewer is nice and friendly, it took me an hour for the conversation to end. I did not accept the offer due to not available to commence the work until December that time.
