It consisted of a 1:1 on-site interview with my future manager. Everyone was very nice and still is today around the office. Great work culture with a lot of support from colleagues. The interview was very casual and made me feel like part of the team already. I greatly encourage employment with Exel, they are a good company to work for.

Digitales Vorstellungsgespräch, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. angenehme Atmosphäre. Lockere Einstiegsfragen und dann fachspezifisch bzw. auf die Position spezifische Fragen. Erst einige Testrunden mit Abgabetests und vorgesprächen. insgesamt sehr guter eindruck von dem unternehmen.

the interview process was fun and very personal a lot of great faces and personalities to be met and everyone was trying to find the perfect candidate for their warehouse. My advice is to make sure you understand your resume and make a story catered for it and focuses on who you are as a person
