This was a long process. It took about 2-3 months including interviewing and waiting for a decision. I felt like DPCS should add a little bit more diversity to their upper manager team; maybe they are not ready for this.

Submitted application package, in typed form as there was not an online way to do this at that time. I was Interviewed with 3 managers at once. I was offered the job within two weeks. After signing my contract, I had drug and criminal background checks.
