Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela DRW (Chicago, IL) em out. de 2010
Entrevista
I would describe this interview as a poker game. The interviewer gave me a 1000 bucks (imaginary) at the start. He asked me a bunch of questions ranging from oral math to probability. He would ask me to bet money on my answers. I wasn't allowed to write, everything should be inside my brain. They really test your mental ability for the interview. There was only one question on probability which he twisted around with different cases.

The process lasted a total of 6 months, with a total of 7 interviews, a mix of technical interviews and tests. I had 2 'final' interviews.
The whole time I was kept in the dark about the status of my application and reasons for delay, despite constantly requesting this information. I asked to have a call, only to be told that the role isn't going to be filled and that they've lost the headcount. Terrible treatment on the back of a terribly managed process.

Entrevista
The phone interview was primarily based on personality and fit questions, with a couple of brainteasers included near the end. There were almost no technical questions included, aside from the online mental math quiz.

Pergunta 1
If I gave you $100,000, what would you do with it? How many quarters would it take to fill a 20x20x10 foot room?

HR was very helpful, Interview time was arranged by email. Interviewer did not make you feel at ease but it is completely random who you get. A relatively important issue is that the call you through speakerphone and the sound coming through is somewhat muffled.
