After passing both the customer service test I was offered an interview. They use the Star method which isn’t hard you just have to remember to follow format. They group of 4 individuals I interviewed with were very friendly and it made me comfortable and able to focus.

Entrevista
The interview consists of 3 or more people in a panel discussion setting where there are about 3-4 questions asked by each person. They consists of a supervisor for your department, 2 other supervisors or analyst and the union representative. After a few days, DTE will have the HR department call you to advise on the next step which will be drug testing, along with a background check and confirming that you are able to proceed with work.
