I applied this role from websites at London office. and 1 week later I got first round interview with two senior traders. But there is only one interviewer coming. in this whole process, the interviewer did not turn on the Camera, it is not respect the candidate. then, 1 week later, I got ghosted reply

Interviewed with a senior trader and was asked Oxbridge style statistics types of questions- pretty standard for a quant role. He let me ask him a few questions at the end and was friendly.
