Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 6 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela DaVita (Sacramento, CA) em dez. de 2011
Entrevista
The interview process was fairly standard. Had a phone screener with a recruiter. Then spoke to the Hiring Manager via telephone. He asked some technical questions, fit (what do you know about the company, why do want to work here, likes/ dislikes, working style questions). This was followed by a day of in person panel interviews and lunch. its a community environment and they really want to make sure that you'll work well with all of your constintuents. the questions were behavioral based, there was a case study and the really wanted to know what you knew about the company and why you want to work there

Fiz uma entrevista na empresa DaVita (Denver, CO).
Entrevista
Good structure. Be prepared for a long 3-4 month process. Good company with solid history and background. Just don't be impatient in the process. It takes a while. At least 3-5 rounds of interviews depending on the role.

Candidatei-me por meio de uma agência de recrutamento. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela DaVita (Londres, Inglaterra) em fev. de 2021
Entrevista
2 stage interview. 1st with HR who was reading off script, 2nd on phone who asked only technical questions and nothing about me or the role. It was a messy process and the 2nd interviewer did not seem to know much about the role.

Very technical questions with little relevance to the role
I had three phone interviews and was invited into the company headquarters for a half day of in person interviews and other telephonic interviews with team members in other cities.
