I was invited for an interview through a private recruiting agency. The interview lasted about 1.5 hours and I was interviewed by two different individuals, one who would be my direct supervisor, and another from a different department. The questions weren't typically complex to answer but I was caught off my guard a bit as this was my first interview where 2 people were present. The standard interview questions were asked, where do you see yourself in 5 years, what are your strengths, how do you handle stress and pressure, etc. After 3 days of the interview I was contacted with an offer for employment.
