Interview process was easy enough. HR sends an email with clear instructions for transcribing audio. Audio was a little iffy but I'm assuming that's how a lot of the audio will be going forward.

Do you have any previous transcription experience?

First you have to fill out an online form on their website and sending your CV. After that you have to pass an initial test about their guidelines then a transcription test with at least 95% accuracy.

Entrevista
You first take an easy multiple choice test regarding English (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.) and their style guidelines (which they provide). Then you get an email containing a test video to transcribe. The video itself is short, but contained low quality audio with extreme background noise and people talking over each other. It was fairly difficult, but doable.
