My interview with Daimler was very similar to most interviews I’ve had at any other job. We sat at a table outside of HR and discussed my past at other jobs and my future plans going forward with Daimler if hired. Took my drug test and left. Got called back and told I have the job and to come in for orientation.

Applied took 3 hr assessment at their facility, called in for 2 minute face to face interview then hearded through the rest of the process like cattle into the slaughter house.

Entrevista
We went into a room and and he introduced his self, and me my name. Then he said he was going to ask me a few questions and I had to answer them to the best of my ability. Then he explain a little about the company and pay and benefits. Then I had to go take my drug test and sign papers for background check.
