First phone call with HR for confirming interview day; following with first online interview with line manager for 1 hour, ask very general behavioural questions, no technical questions, I found the interview was not too difficult and my resume match the position, HR said after 1-2 weeks will give feedback. But then got ghosted completely, follow up with HR and also the line manager, got ignored completely, very disappointed that such a big company can't even reply to candidate with a recjection email? Don't think they value talented candidates.

Online and then a call with the HR person and the hiring manager. They never accepter or rejected me or picked up the phone or answered emails to confirm what was the outcome of the interview. It’s been over 6 months now
