Entrevista
Three 30-60 minute phone interviews over the course of three weeks. The first was with HR, and the other two were with people who were either in the position I was applying for or overseeing it.
After interviews were set up, there were a lot of last minute changes, and the interviewers did not always seem aware of the office I was applying for or my background, which made it seem messy. Due to patent constraints they weren't able to fully explain some details of the job, either.
Every person was very friendly, and some of the conversations were even intellectually challenging (in a good way!). Everyone seemed to come from diverse, but very interesting backgrounds.
After the third interview, I was told the position had already been filled. I'm guessing that they hire on a rolling basis and try to find the quickest good fit as opposed to a perfect fit comparing various people.

Other than typical behavioral questions, they asked various questions about top three news I've been following in the issue area I was interviewing for. The most difficult question was when they asked my about thoughts on recent news connected to but not directly related to my issue area that I had no experience in. I suggest doing a wide brush up on news before every interview.

Had a first interview which went really well, then had a test which went great too, then had an interview with a Senior Director and the interview went really well and I had all the skills required but I was rejected. I was very confused and asked for feedback but never received any. Impossible to get in touch with anyone and the only person who would assist referred me to the HR person who never answered my request. Would recommend that the company and the people they hire put more effort into answering emails and providing a way to communicate with the people who interviewed you.

It was very easy recruiter phone interview. It lasted for 30m. It was typical first interview when it comes to the general first questions. She was friendly recruiter and answered all the questions I had.

Did so many interviews (5 in total) as well as a quiz. It was an extremely lengthy process and there must not have been any communication between the different interview panels as they asked the same questions each time. It became very repetitive and draining.
