Entrevista
Initially had a teams interview with the head of finance, the chat was relatively short and casual. Mostly about wanting to know about my situation. Invited me in for a formal interview with two managers. This interview was quite unprofessional, all they did was go through my Cv step by step. Seemed nervous and like the first interview they conducted. Said they reach out in a few days. Never did, I sent up a follow up email and was ignored. Quite unprofessional.

Three stages of interview process. You will be assessed for core technical, customer engagement and team work skills by very knowledgeable panel. Found the interview process very tidy and structured to find a suitable candidate who has the same vision as business.

Entrevista
I was contacted by an IT recruiter, I was then interviewed by the team leader over the phone. I was then brought in to meet the head of IT support and a senior network engineer, where I was asked about my aspirations, told about the company and quizzed on my technical knowledge. I was then offered the job via email from Datrix's HR. I accepted and gave notice at my company. After I had worked my notice, Datrix got the original recruiter to call me to say they had budgetary issues and couldn't employ me, leaving me with no job whatsoever.
