They called me at 10 am to schedule an interview for 1 pm that same day. The questions were hard behavioral type questions asked by my would-be manager. I accepted the offer and the manager expected the most from me while doing the bare minimum himself and joking about how he does the bare minimum. I later found out that senior management is really pushing for women in mining so when all the resumes came in for this position, all the male candidates were tossed out and only female candidates were further screened.
