A 15–30 minute phone call with a recruiter to discuss your background, interest in the role, salary expectations, and logistics. They may ask light technical or behavioral questions.
3. Technical Assessment / Take-home Test (Optional)
Depending on the role, you might receive a coding assignment, SQL challenge, or data modeling task to complete within a few days.
