Submitted CV, was rung up within 30 minutes by agency. Hiring Manager then wanted to see me in person ,I had to drive 180 for a three minute interview. I had the job before I even walked in the office.

Standard HR and competency based questions to begin with and then I was given different scenarios and asked how I would deal with each one. In the interview there was someone from HR and the line manager of the job I applied for.
