They conduct generally 3-4 rounds. 1st- Group Discussion 2nd- Writen Aptitude Test 3rd- PI with any of the senior manager 4th- PI with the HR in case you're selected ( offer letter is handed over during this round ) The questions are basic. They mostly check the communication skill of the candidate as well as their situation handling skill. Hope it helps. All the best.
