I had two rounds of interviews. One was telephonic. Other was web-cam based. The interviewers were very punctual. For both rounds, they called me dot on time. Both interviews lasted for half an hour. The first interview was based on my resume. I was asked various questions on the projects on my resume. The second interview was based more on business valuation concepts. More of CFA level 2 Equity investments type of questions. However, the culture sucks here; the people lack professionalism and that kills the little initial joy one gets from doing new things. IN a while even the work becomes boring.

Had to analyze a companies revenue flows and business mix. Profitability and expense management analysis. Financial ratio technical portion and qualitative review of company. Model creation as well. Then ended with fit portion met team md and was introduced to hr
