Entrevista
I applied through the campus hiring process. First we had an aptitude test that had 3 sections-verbal,logical and then quantitative aptitude. The level was average. almost 171 students out of 800 were selected.
Then we had a group discussion round. 72 students cleared that and then there were the interviews.

Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
