Entrevista
First there was a written test after which they shortlisted for case study. In the case study first in a group of 5-6 a problem was given and we were supposed to come up with the solution and write it on a chart paper and then we were supposed to present it to a panel. Then the people who presented well were shortlisted for the final interview. There was a single interview after in which they asked general questions and finally they selcted after this interview.

Why being an Electronics and Communication branch do you want to join an IT related firm?

-il primo è un colloquio conoscitivo telefonico di circa 10 minuti.
-il secondo è un colloquio con i Manager di circa un’ora.
-successivamente vi è la proposta economica

The interview process was normal, they asked general questions, all you have to do is be confident and answer everything you know with confidence, brush up your basics and you'll do good it was overall good
