Very disorganized and convuluted. Ended up being over 8 interviews, lots of positive feedback. They offered me the job and then just as i was waiting to sign final paperwork pulled it. I suspect they were going through a restructure however the whole way it was handled was appalling. The partners I met were fine but their support staff are really disappointing. I would never use them as a firm now.

Entrevista
The first step was a brief, but thorough recruiter screening interview. Deloitte maintained good communication in advance of the interview. I had a friendly interview with standard questions that were in line with what I expected in a first round interview with the hiring manager.

Entrevista
The interview process itself was quick. I met with four different people over the course of a few weeks. And then got a form email saying I didn’t get the job. I would have expected after that much time and commitment something a little more personal.
